About “Journey Through the C:” This is a story that shares the diagnosis, treatment, and lessons learned from surviving the cancer journey. “Journey Through the C” will make you relate to your own story or relate to someone you know who went/is going through this journey. It will make you understand in a personal, short, and concise way.

About Kerry: Kerry Postale is a Hodgkin's Lymphoma cancer survivor and an HR Recruiter. Cancer taught her a lot about herself, and it gave her a reason to give back to others by volunteering and writing the book. Kerry lives in Shrewsbury, MA, with her dog Lulu.

About “Sometimes It’s Hard:” “Sometimes It’s Hard” is a children’s book told through the eyes of a child who shares what it is like to have a sibling with autism. It talks about the big emotions that can come with having a sibling with special needs, it teaches kids about autism in an age appropriate way, and it celebrates neurodiversity.

About Kayla: Kayla Paquette is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Certified Autism Travel Professional (CATP), and the founder of Behavioral Horizons ABA LLC, where she supports children with autism and their families. Inspired by personal experiences, she wrote this story to give a voice to siblings who often navigate big feelings in quiet ways. She wrote this story to help kids feel seen and supported.
