Do you offer catering?
Yes, we do offer catering! You can find our Catering Menu under the "Catering" tab on our website. You will also find a form there to fill out with the date, time, and details of your order. Alternatively, you can email us directly at info@birchtreebreadcompany.com
Do you deliver?
We have delivery available for catering orders with a sliding scale for delivery fees depending on the distance from the restaurant. Additionally, we are on Grubhub, Uber Eats, and DoorDash if you are looking for local delivery.
Can I have my private event here?
We can book both BirchTree and Crust for private or semi-private events. Please reach out to info@birchtreebreadcompany.com or fill out this form for details.
Do you offer gluten free, vegetarian, or vegan options?
We offer a wide variety of vegetarian options on our regular menu, and our Local Greens Salad is fully vegan. Most of our other salads can also be made vegan (with the exception of the Caesar), and we’re happy to offer vegan cheese for sandwiches and pizzas.
Our salads can be prepared gluten-free without croutons; however, please note that our savory kitchen shares an open space with our bakery, so there is flour in the air and we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment.
For catering, we’re pleased to offer gluten-free options for sandwiches or Sicilian-style pizza made on our house-made gluten-free focaccia.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we have gift cards available through the website at this link or on the “Gift Cards” page from the Navigation bar above.
